Projenin ana fikri, t\u00fcm meslekta\u015flar taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen bir okul geli\u015fim projesinin par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak okuman\u0131n sistematik bir \u015fekilde te\u015fvik edilmesidir.<\/p><p>Bu\u00a0<strong>Detayl\u0131 hedefler<\/strong>\u00a0\u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p><ol><li>Ayn\u0131 seviyede e\u011fitim g\u00f6ren t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frenciler, d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda Salzburg okuma taramas\u0131n\u0131n standart aral\u0131\u011f\u0131na ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/li><li>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 okuldaki \u00f6zel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 olan \u00f6\u011frenciler, ilkokul y\u0131llar\u0131nda d\u00fczenli olarak okuma e\u011fitimine kat\u0131larak okuma h\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmektedir.<\/li><li>\u00d6\u011fretmenler okuma e\u011fitimini, projeye kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan sonra en ge\u00e7 d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc okul y\u0131l\u0131nda uygularlar.<\/li><li>Proje, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren be\u015f ilkokulda pilot olarak uygulanacakt\u0131r. Kuzey Ren-Vestfalya eyaleti, di\u011fer hususlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, ilkokullar\u0131 okumaya \u00f6ncelik vermeye ve zorunlu okuma saatlerini ders program\u0131na dahil etmeye te\u015fvik ediyor. Okuma ak\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve anlamland\u0131rma becerisinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra okuma zevkinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u00f6nemli hedefler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p><p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, proje <strong>\"Birlikte okuyun\"<\/strong>Hundertwasser Okulu personeli bu projeye \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri heyecanla kat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Proje, G\u00fctersloh b\u00f6lgesindeki ilkokullar i\u00e7in okul m\u00fcfetti\u015fleri, yetkinlik ekibi, e\u011fitim ofisi ve e\u011fitim y\u00f6netimi, Dijital E\u011fitim ve Okullar Merkezi ve Reinhard Mohn Vakf\u0131'n\u0131n ortak bir teklifidir ve daha sonra g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00f6\u011fretimde uygulanan ve daha sonra projenin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak yans\u0131t\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitli e\u011fitim mod\u00fcllerini i\u00e7erir.<\/p><p>Birka\u00e7 haftad\u0131r, okul binas\u0131nda haftada d\u00f6rt kez belirli bir saatte \u015fu c\u00fcmle duyuluyor: \"Okumaya ba\u015flayal\u0131m. Parmaklar \"...\" alt\u0131nda - 3-2-1 ...\". Daha sonra hep birlikte koro halinde okuyoruz. Bu 15-20 dakikal\u0131k okumaya te\u015fvik s\u00fcresi boyunca \u00e7ocuklar koro halinde okuma, okuma k\u00fcpleri veya sesli kitap okuma gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli sesli okuma y\u00f6ntemlerini denerler.
