The Bauwagen project is financed jointly by the school and the youth welfare service. The ongoing maintenance costs are covered by the Gütersloh District School Board, the installation of the construction trailer by the school budget.

The Gütersloh Civic Foundation has provided significant support by purchasing the construction trailer.
