- Sports Festival of the Hundertwasser School-

Finally, the time had come again: on Thursday, August 31, 2023, we dedicated an entire morning to sports. All the students, but also the teachers and the helping staff of the Social Pedagogical Day Care (STB) were in joyful excited anticipation. The bus took all the classes to the grounds of the LAZ Nord to showcase their athletic talents at 4 stations (sprint, long throw, long distance run and long jump) or simply to enjoy the joint action. This joy could be felt from the very beginning. All children strove for sporting success, sometimes going beyond their limits.

At the same time, the soccer tournament for the Erich Kästner Challenge Cup took place. The soccer teams of the Mosaik, the Erich Kästner and the Hundertwasser School fought fairly, but very determinedly for the trophy. Although all players gave their best, the trophy went with much applause and pride to our school J! In addition to the trophy and a soccer certificate, the Hundertwasser team will receive an ice cream from Mrs. Hübner for this special achievement in the coming days.

For refreshment, the sponsoring association had financed hot dogs, which were very well received by all participants at the end of the event. Many thanks for the donation and to Mrs. Uhlemeyer, who supported us on the day!

And although at this point almost all forces had already been used, the Hundertwasser children did not miss the opportunity to participate in the AOK Laufwunder for 15 min. At the latest at this point the certificate for each child was really deserved!!!
