- Sports Festival of the Hundertwasser School-

Finally, the time had come again: on Thursday, 31.08.2023, we dedicated an entire morning to sport. All the pupils, but also the teachers and the helping staff of the Social Pedagogical Day Care (STB) were in joyful and excited anticipation. All classes went by bus to the grounds of the LAZ Nord to present their sporting talents at 4 stations (sprint, long throw, long distance run and long jump) or simply to have fun together. This joy could be felt from the very beginning. All the children strove for sporting success, sometimes going beyond their limits.

At the same time, the football tournament for the Erich Kästner Challenge Cup took place. The football teams of the Mosaik, the Erich Kästner and the Hundertwasser School fought fairly but very determinedly for the trophy. Although all players gave their best, the trophy went to our school J with much applause and pride! In addition to the trophy and a football certificate, the Hundertwasser team will receive an ice cream from Mrs Hübner for this special achievement in the coming days.

For refreshment, the Friends had financed hot dogs, which were very well received by all participants at the end of the event. Many thanks for the donation and to Mrs Uhlemeyer who supported us on the day!

And although almost all of their strength had already been used by this point, the Hundertwasser children did not miss the opportunity to take part in the AOK running miracle for 15 minutes. At this point at the latest, the certificate for each child was truly deserved!!!
