Stups, a small Shetty mare, has been the Hundertwasser School's godchild since summer 2017. She lives at the "Four Seasons" horse sanctuary together with many other animals.
During the last summer holidays, we visited the horse sanctuary for the first time. The children got to know the many different animals there (goats, chickens, donkeys, pigs, turtles, cats, horses and dogs) and how to handle them properly. After cleaning the pastures and taking care of the animals, the children were allowed to go for a walk with the dogs or play with the kittens. After this eventful week, we decided to adopt Stups. Since then, we have been visiting the horse sanctuary every week.
The children have a lot of fun with the animals and learn to take responsibility.
