Farewell Class 4 and Summer Kiko

Farewell Class 4 and Summer Kiko

How quickly the school year passed...and suddenly graduation day was on the calendar. The fourth graders of the Wolves and Foxes and their families were welcomed in the school garden with drinks and snacks, where they were bid farewell with words of encouragement for the future and thanks from the class teachers, STB management and school administration. Soap bubbles were blown into the sky with good wishes after the official awarding of certificates.

After a break for all the children of the Hundertwasser School and for the adults, the Summer Kiko continued in the Forum in midsummer temperatures. This time, children from the Lion/Dragon class once again hosted the event. The classes had prepared performances to say goodbye to the big ones and, as always, birthdays, honours and the KIKO riddle with the guessing task "How many grams of sand are there on the deck chair?" were also on the programme. The birthday children since Easter received small gifts and enjoyed their birthday rocket from the audience. A special highlight was the gift from the fourth graders to the Hundertwasser School. This year we are happy about a colourful garden bench which will find its place in the school garden. Many thanks for this!

As a farewell, the school community traditionally belted out the farewell song "We say goodbye to you" from the stage and then threw the fourth graders out of the Hundertwasser School through a trellis. And at this point, at the latest, one saw the correctness of the words before from Mrs. Hübner: ...and somehow leaves with a laughing and a crying eye" and that is exactly how it should be!

We wish you and yours a wonderful summer and all the best!
